EGGS OVER EVIE is due out from Henry Holt & Co. in November 2010. The novel for older readers is about a girl in high school whose father is a gourmet chef on TV.

Walker Books recently released DESERT ROSE AND HER HIGHFALUTIN HOG, a take-off on the traditional tale of "The Old Woman and Her Pig", but with a Texas twang. Keith Graves did the illustrations.

A sequel to IF THE SHOE FITS, entitled WHEN THE WIND BLEW, has been purchased by Henry Holt and will be out in 2010.
